The high-flow filter element produced by our company uses deep fine polypropylene or glass fiber membrane as the filter material, adopts pleating technology, and has a large diameter, and the flow rate is twenty times that of conventional filter elements. There are two forms of liquid flow according to the actual working conditions: one is the liquid flow direction from the inside to the outside, all the pollutant particles are intercepted inside the filter element, reducing the sedimentation of pollutants in the filter. The other is the liquid flow from the outside to the inside, and all the pollutant particles are intercepted outside the filter element and can be discharged through the drain valve of the filter. Due to its ultra-large flow design, the use of filter elements and filters is significantly reduced under the same flow application, which saves equipment investment costs and labor costs.
