HC2206FKN6H Pall Hydraulic Oil Filter Element

The HC2206FKN6H Pall Hydraulic oil filter element is suitable for filtering impurities in various oil fluids, and can effectively intercept micron level iron filings and adhesive substances. The PALL filter element is installed on the return oil path of the system: this installation plays an indirect filtering role. Generally, a back pressure valve is installed in parallel with the filter. When the filter is blocked and reaches a certain pressure value, the back pressure valve opens.

Characteristics of hydraulic oil filter element:

1. It is divided into high pressure section, medium pressure section, oil return section, and oil suction section.

2. Divided into high, medium, and low accuracy levels. 2-5um represents high accuracy, 10-15um represents medium accuracy, and 15-25um represents low accuracy. Generally, filter elements with an accuracy greater than 25um are not used, except for special occasions such as the front suction section of the pump.

3. To compress the overall size of the finished filter element and increase the filtering area, the filter layer is generally corrugated.
