The reasons for the blockage of the filter cartridge are: partial or complete replacement of the filter cartridge; Adjust installation and operating conditions. Temporarily strengthen the cleaning to solve the blockage of the filter cartridge.

2. Regular maintenance. No matter what it is, you know that careful maintenance can last a long time, and air filter cartridges are no exception, and if you want to increase your service life, you need to clean them regularly. Because there is usually a lot of dust, the long-term accumulation of these dust will cause the filter cartridge to clog. However, cleaning is not directly rinsed with water, but according to the requirements of the instruction manual, random flushing will only shorten its service life.

3. Slow down the aging of the filter cartridge, investigate the cause, and replace the filter cartridge. The aging of the air filter cartridge is mainly caused by the following reasons: hardening and shrinkage due to abnormal high temperature; Reaction by vapor contact with acids, alkalis or organic solvents; The new and old filter cartridges should not be mixed to avoid different damage times affecting the normal operation of the equipment. The replaced filter cartridge should be blown clean with compressed air first, and then check whether there are holes, and leave them for replacement after repairing holes. If the filter cartridge is covered with dust, rinse with water, dry and leave for replacement.
